Meet Peach, our gorgeous 9 month old Chaco owl. Chaco owls are the Tawny owls native to South America.
Peach was hand-raised by myself at 8 weeks old after originally being bred for falconry/hunting purposes. Unfortunately she hatched with a birth defect hindering her left wing. She can still fly well however! Peach now helps educate the public about conservation, welfare, therapeutic interactions
Meet our newest rescue, Morris the Sphynx cat. Morris is a 8 month old Canadian Sphynx kitten we adopted in September. Unfortunately Morris has inherited a progressive eye found in Sphynx cats. So, he will eventually go blind in both eyes, however he is a commitment we are happy to take on as he is such a special, loving boy& every animal deserves a chance at life.
